We Believe the Best Hotels Change More Than a Guest's Scenery.
They help them shine.
Hospitality can do more than host.
A great stay can change a life. Guests arrive carrying who they've been, and leave remembering who they are.
The stays that matter most don't end at checkout. Guests return home changed: clearer about who they are, closer to what they want, and ready to live differently.
Hospitality was my first love. It still is.
For 30+ years, I've led revenue strategy, pricing, and commercial performance for The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International, Montage, Joie de Vivre, Dorchester Collection, and Noble House. I led admissions and client experience for Modern Elder Academy's global wellness retreats.
Along the way, I built two wellness companies, Fitlandia and Cricket Fixes, and created Zero for Life™, my alcohol freedom brand. I'm certified in hypnotherapy, nutritional therapy, and life coaching.
That's a rare mix: someone who knows exactly how a hotel makes money, and exactly how people transform. Lucere Advisory, formerly King Hospitality Consulting, is where those two worlds meet.

Wellness Discovery Audit.
Most properties are already sitting on wellness revenue they can’t see, in packages they’ve never priced, guests they don’t track, and moments in the stay that go unsold. We walk the full guest journey, from booking to checkout, and hand you a dollar figure for each opportunity plus the three fastest wins. In three weeks, you know exactly where to start.
The Alcohol-Free Experience.
Nearly half of U.S. adults don’t drink, and most luxury properties still build their best moments around a glass of wine. We design the menus, rituals, staff training, and guest messaging that make the guest who doesn’t drink feel like the most wanted guest in the building. Whether you go fully alcohol-free or keep the bar, the experience gets richer and the numbers hold.
Transformational Programming.
Guests are booking more than a room. They want to come home calmer, clearer, and changed. We create retreats, rituals, and guided experiences built around your property, your team, and your setting, so they’re easy to sell and hard to forget. You can pilot them with a Lucere Journeys group before you roll them out.
Fractional Advisor.
Some decisions are too important for guesswork and too ongoing for a one-time project. As your fractional advisor, I sit in the room for pricing, positioning, wellness strategy, and owner conversations, bringing 30+ years of luxury commercial leadership to the table. You get senior strategy every month without adding an executive to your payroll.
The Meaning Behind “Lucere.”
Lucere is Latin for “to shine.”
At Lucere Hospitality, that idea drives everything we do: creating extraordinary travel experiences that illuminate, restore, and transform.
